1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NeverTyping ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Antigravity LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use NeverTyping on macOS devices you own or control.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App.
• License keys are for personal use only and must not be shared.
• One license key activates one user account. Multiple-device use by the same person is permitted.

3. Free Trial

NeverTyping offers a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. After 30 days, the app stops functioning until you activate a Pro subscription. Your data and settings are preserved. You are never charged without explicit consent.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at the time of purchase (currently $4.99 / month). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

Refunds: we offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if you are unsatisfied. Contact support@nevertyping.com.

5. Permitted Use

The App is designed for personal and professional dictation. You agree not to use the App to:

• Transcribe content you do not have rights to record.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Privacy

NeverTyping processes all audio locally on your device. No audio or transcript is transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Antigravity LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antigravity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

En téléchargeant ou en utilisant NeverTyping ("l'Application"), vous acceptez les présentes CGU. Si vous n'acceptez pas, n'utilisez pas l'Application.

2. Licence

• Les clés de licence sont strictement personnelles.

3. Période d'essai gratuite

NeverTyping propose 30 jours d'essai gratuit — sans carte bleue requise. À l'issue de la période d'essai, l'application cesse de fonctionner jusqu'à l'activation d'un abonnement Pro. Vos données et paramètres sont conservés. Aucun débit n'est effectué sans votre consentement explicite.

4. Abonnement et facturation

Les abonnements Pro sont facturés mensuellement au tarif indiqué lors de la souscription (actuellement 4,99 $ / mois). Les paiements sont traités par Stripe, Inc. Remboursement intégral possible dans les 7 jours suivant le premier débit.

5. Confidentialité

NeverTyping traite toutes les données audio localement sur votre appareil. Aucune voix ni transcription n'est transmise à nos serveurs. Voir notre Politique de confidentialité.

6. Droit applicable

Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit de l'État du Wyoming, États-Unis.
